Order Fulfillment & Production Time
To ensure the highest industry quality, your gear is made to order. This means there is a production period before your item is shipped.

Standard Production Time: Please allow 2 to 7 business days for your items to be printed, quality-checked, and packed for shipping.

Production times may slightly increase during peak holiday seasons or major racing events.
Shipping Timelines & Tracking
Once your order is produced and handed off to the carrier, shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Domestic Shipping: Typically takes 3 to 5 business days after fulfillment.

Tracking Your Order: As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) so you can monitor its journey.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Because we utilize a network of specialized printing facilities to maintain our high quality standards, different products in your order may be produced at different locations.

Items in your order may ship separately and arrive at different times. * You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package dispatched. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.
Shipping Costs & Non-Refundable Policy
Shipping rates are calculated directly at checkout based on the weight of your order, the destination address, and current carrier rates.

All shipping costs are strictly non-refundable. * In the rare event that an item is approved for a replacement or a refund due to a defect or damage (as outlined in our Returns Policy), the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
While we strive for prompt delivery, we are bound by standard industry practices regarding mail carriers.

Carrier Delays: Once a package is handed over to the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), we cannot control weather delays, routing issues, or carrier backlog.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please check with neighbors or your local post office.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and shipping fees will not be refunded for returned or undeliverable mail.
