Shipping & Returns

Every item is printed just for you. When you order, your gear goes into production at our print partner — nothing sits in a warehouse. Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes another 3–5. Plan on 7–12 days door to door in the US.

Shipping: Flat-rate US shipping, FREE on orders over $60. Ordering for a race weekend or a gift? Give it two weeks to be safe — we'll always post order-by dates ahead of big events like the Wood Tic.

Defects & misprints: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, we'll reprint or refund it — no hassle. Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Sizing: Because every piece is made to order, we can't exchange for buyer's-remorse sizing — so check the Size Guide before you order. Each product page lists the exact garment and fit notes. When in doubt on garment-dyed heavyweights, size up.
